Common questions
How do I import from LogTen or ForeFlight?
Export your existing logbook as a CSV or LogTen backup, then go to Settings → Import in SkyHub. We map the columns automatically and flag any rows that need a quick review.
Which currency frameworks does SkyHub support?
FAA 14 CFR 61.57 (day/night landings, IFR), FAR 117 (duty/rest for Part 121), EASA Part-FCL, and ICAO Annex 1. Each rule shows the specific regulation number, not just a colored dot.
Can my CFI sign my flights digitally?
Yes. Share a sign-in link with your instructor. They can review and sign individual flights or endorsements from any device — no app install required.
Does SkyHub work offline?
Yes. SkyHub is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Log flights with no signal and they sync the next time you connect.
Is my logbook data backed up?
Yes. SkyHub syncs to our servers in real time on every save, and you can export a full backup CSV or PDF at any time from the Export menu.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing in the app. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your data stays accessible on the Free tier.
