1. Who we are

SkyHub is operated by SkyHub Global Ltd. ("SkyHub", "we", "us"). We provide a digital pilot logbook application accessible at skyhubglobal.com and as a Progressive Web App. Questions about this policy can be directed to privacy@skyhubglobal.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and password hash when you register.
• Logbook data — flight records you enter: dates, routes, aircraft, hours, and remarks.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the product.
• Device data — browser type, OS version, and IP address for security and analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the SkyHub service.
• To calculate and display currency checks and compliance alerts.
• To send account-related emails (password reset, billing receipts).
• To improve the product through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your logbook data to train machine-learning models.

4. Data storage and security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Logbook data is stored in EU-based data centres. Backups are retained for 30 days. See our security policy for technical details.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Export is available directly in the app under Settings → Export. For deletion requests, email privacy@skyhubglobal.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll email all registered users at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. The latest version is always available at this URL.
