Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SkyHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are between you and SkyHub Global Ltd. ("SkyHub").

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use another user's account without permission.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Your data

You own your logbook data. SkyHub does not claim any ownership over your flight records, endorsements, or certificates. You can export your full data at any time via Settings → Export. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SkyHub to log fraudulent flight time or falsify records.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy SkyHub's software or data.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable aviation regulations.

5. Regulatory compliance

SkyHub provides currency tracking as a convenience tool. It is your responsibility to verify your own currency and compliance with applicable regulations (FAA, EASA, ICAO, or your national authority). SkyHub's currency calculations are informational only and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

6. Subscription and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we'll notify you and provide a grace period before downgrading your account.

7. Limitation of liability

SkyHub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyHub Global Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on currency calculations or logbook data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
